Annual Summer Notice : July - The Anticipated Hottest Month of the Year | July 7, 2025

Dear Valued Customer,

As part of our yearly summer readiness communications, we want to remind our customers that July is historically the hottest month of the year—and can bring climate-related impacts to data center operations.

While we can’t predict exactly how or if conditions even unfold, the National Weather Service has indicated a high probability of above-average temperatures this July, with some areas potentially experiencing record-breaking heat. These extreme conditions may intermittently affect hashrate performance due to regional power adjustments or heat-related infrastructure strain.

If you are running regular AI or Web hosting, your services are not anticipated to be impacted by this announcement.

Please note that our teams are actively monitoring operations and working to maintain the highest uptime possible. If any disruptions occur, credits will be issued as usual in accordance with your service agreement. All summer readiness preparations have now been made to ensure as high of uptime as possible.

Again, we are happy to have one of the highest uptimes industry wide, it is because of our teams', and our partners' pro-active preparations, that this is even possible.
